Will pay an agreed amount in the event of an aircraft becoming a total loss or being declared a constructive or arranged total loss. Cheaper than "All Risks" coverage but does not cover partial losses.

Liability for the safety of members of the public whilst on the premises and within the environment controlled by the airport authority. This would also cover sickness or death caused by food or drink purchased and consumed on the premises and whilst being transported around the airport by employees of the airport authority.
Liability for the safe handling of aircraft on the ground, whilst in the air or under the control of the Air Traffic control centre operated by the airport authority.
Liability for the operation of aircraft or vehicles owned by the airport authority.
Liability for the loss of or damage to fright, cargo or baggage when being handled by employees of the airport authority.
Liability for any losses caused by the storage or supply of fuel.
Liability for damage caused to a third party aircraft whilst in the care, custody or control of the airport authority.
Liability for damage caused during the operation of any ramp or turnaround facilities by employees of the airport authority.
Liability for the safety of personnel and vehicles whilst operating in the environment controlled by the airport authority.
Liability for the safety of personnel employed or contracted to perform maintenance or construction work within the environment controlled by the airport authority.
Liabilities arising from an air show taking place at the airport.
Liability for the security of the airport environs and screening of passengers and cargo. With terrorism a major worldwide problem, this aspect is increasingly important.
